Unfortunately Ms. Nguyen's review didn't state the problem. She INSISTED her home be listed at an outrageous $100,000 MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH and I explained that to her. She called and complained to me daily about a lack of showings. I explained that Buyers are educated and would not waste their time viewing a property that was unrealistically priced. She got mad at me for not being able to create a miracle and produce an unintelligent Buyer with a lot of money to throw away. I terminated my listing with her and have all the documentation to prove that fact. She has no legitimate complaint and therefore could not and did not file any complaints with anyone other than writing disparaging remarks about my services in a public forum.
